Who are we ?
We are a team of 5 computer science students. As part of our training, we were led to discover a cultural event and then to create a website as well as a poster for a 2024 edition of it. Thus our choice fell on a so-called fabulous edition of "The Monstrous Parade" which we soberly named "The Fabulous Parade".
Charlotte - Project Manager
I am responsible for completing this project and making sure it is going well. I have to set up the roadmap with the project steps in order to be able to report on the progress of the project and I have to make sure that each step is done properly. I am in charge of the project management, i.e. defining the needs but also of the final validation of the project in order to ensure that it meets the needs. I am in charge of writing the specifications and the logbook to properly manage the project and the team. Finally, I also take care of sending the deliverables.
Grace - Community manager
I am responsible for communication and external contact. I write emails, organize appointments and conduct interviews. I also take care of archiving and organizing email exchanges with our contacts as well as answering their questions. Finally, I also make sure that the documents concerning the image rights of the people and the right to broadcast images of the exhibition are in order.
Manon - Poster designer
I have the role of designer for the poster, this by researching the market trends, colors to meet the expectations of customers. The design of the poster using design tools such as PhotoShop, Figma ... I am also in charge of helping the developer and the designer for the realization of the website.
Yossra - Site Designer
Analysis of the client's needs to understand the expectations of the exhibition. Designing the website architecture by organizing the exhibition information in a logical and coherent way, determining the different categories of the website. Gathering the texts, images, videos and other contents of the exhibition. Creating mock-ups by visualizing the different pages and interactions of the website, using appropriate design software. Design a visual style using colors, fonts and images that reflect the atmosphere of the exhibition. Gather feedback and suggestions from the entire team for improvements.
Kenza - Site developer
In this project I am in charge of the development part of the project. This one allows to format the website using different programming languages HTML, CSS, JavaScript based on the prototype made by the designer. Testing the site to ensure that it works properly. Maintaining the site to ensure that it functions properly.
